Platform Access
Access to our web platform is available only to qualified members of the trade who have applied and been approved as clients. Appropriate documentation must be submitted at the time of registration in order for an account to be approved. We reserve the right to limit or restrict web platform access to anyone, for any reason.
Login Credentials
An email address and password (login credentials) are required to access your account. Login credentials should be kept confidential and should not be shared with clients or other companies. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities and purchases that occur under your account. Passwords can be reset under the My Account settings online.
3D Visualizer/Virtual Image Disclaimer
Our web platform uses cutting edge technology to provide virtual product visualizations and imagery. Please note that all 3D product visualizations, virtually created product images, renderings, model source files and any other materials found or generated on our web platform are provided for approximate illustrative purposes only. By placing an order, you acknowledge that actual products manufactured may vary slightly from illustrations shown. Fabric colors, shades, and textures will display differently across various screens and devices. An actual fabric sample should always be requested from us to verify a good match prior to placing an order.
Proprietary Digital Assets
As a registered client, you will be given access to digital assets including, but not limited to, products images, 3d model source files, product tear sheets, specifications, and other marketing materials. These digital assets are the proprietary property of Private Label Co. (a subsidiary of SOURCC, LLC) and access is provided exclusively for the purposes of marketing and selling products that will be purchased from and produced by us. Any other use is strictly prohibited. Digital assets may not be altered, reproduced, or shared with any other party, without the express written permission of an authorized agent of Private Label Co. (a subsidiary of SOURCC,LLC).
Product Availability & Lead Times
We publish standard lead times on our website for approximate informational purposes only. Actual lead times may vary. If timing for a project is critical, please contact us for current lead time estimates prior to placing your order. We always do our best to expedite fulfillment of every order, but due to circumstances out of our control, we are not able to guarantee specific timelines or delivery dates. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages that occur due to item availability or production delays.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing shown on our website is available to approved clients who have provided the necessary documentation. Wholesale pricing shown online is for the product only and does not include any applicable freight/shipping charges. Wholesale pricing is subject to change at any time.
Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on purchases made by registered clients who have provided a valid Resale Certificate issued by their state. Collection and payment of sales tax is the responsibility of the client who is purchasing from us and re-selling to their client.
Payments
We require all orders to be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not extend credit terms or offer partial payments. Payments can be made online or by sending a check to our office.
Shipping Policies
Coordinating and paying for shipping/freight from our manufacturing facility to the final destination is the responsibility of the client. Shipping/freight charges are not included in your final purchase price with us. You will be notified when an item is complete and ready for shipment and then you are free to arrange pick up with any carrier of your choice. We are also happy to provide a list of our preferred carriers and logistics partners for your consideration.
Product Warranty
We provide the original purchaser a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes frames, suspension components, and cushions. Our warranty does not cover upholstery fabric, which is covered separately by the individual fabric manufacturer’s warranty. Full warranty details can be found here.
Product Claims
To submit a claim for a defect in material or workmanship of an item we manufactured, please click here.
Damage Claims
Claims for items damaged in transit will need to be filed directly with the carrier or logistics coordinator who handled the shipment. All items should be thoroughly unpackaged and inspected at the time of delivery. If damaged is discovered, you should notify the carrier immediately. We thoroughly inspect and photograph all items before they leave our production facility, and we are happy to provide you with those photos to help resolve claims with a carrier.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds or exchanges.
